Deliveries within Australia are sent via Australia Post. For international orders, Air Mail is used.
We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping within Australia and a flat rate of $15.00 for international deliveries.
Items posted within Australia can be expected within 7-14 business days. International orders 14-21 business days.
Specialty shipping can be arranged if required – please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Additional charges may apply.
Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please advise us if you require insurance and we will arrange it for you. Extra costs will be incurred.
For international orders, Monk House Design cannot anticipate and will not be responsible for taxes applied by overseas customs houses. All taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPERIAL AND METRIC CONVERSIONS
Returns are only accepted on garments deemed faulty. We require notification via email of your intent to return an item within 7 days of dispatch date.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. The products must be returned via Australia Post, international returns via Air Mail. We suggest your returns be registered so they can be tracked. Freight costs are at the expense of the customer.
Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and the item is to be returned in its original packaging. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Store receipts must be included.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging – we cannot accept any returns unless all original tags are intact.
Monk House Design does not issue cash refunds. Online credit will be issued against the returned item if appropriate. Online credit can only be redeemed at our online store.
Please note: shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

Can I purchase an item I saw in store, but is not featured online?
If you have seen something in store but it’s not online, please do not hesitate to contact us via email with your query. We will do our best to help you.
How do I make payments online?
Payments online are made via PayPal. If you would prefer to purchase items by other means, ie. Electronic Funds Transfer, MOTO or cheque, please notify us by email with your request details.
Do you provide any gift-wrapping service for items purchased online?
Let us know via email if gift-wrapping and gift tags are required and we can do so free of charge. Please advise us of any messages you may wish to include on gift tags.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! We do have Gift Certificates available, please contact us via email and we should be able to sort you out.
