Returns

Returns are only accepted on garments deemed faulty. Exchanges or online credit can be issued for a change of mind. We require notification via email of your intent to return an item within 7 days of dispatch date.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. The products must be returned via Australia Post, international returns via Air Mail. We suggest your returns be registered so they can be tracked. Freight costs are at the expense of the customer.
Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and the item is to be returned in its original packaging. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition. Store receipts must be included.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging – we cannot accept any returns unless all original tags are intact.
Monk House Design does not issue cash refunds. Online credit will be issued against the returned item if appropriate. Online credit can only be redeemed at our online store.
Please note: shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
